Common devices include Windows PCs, Macs, Chromebooks, Linux systems, printers, phones, tablets, and gaming computers.
Setup appointments can include account sign-in, email configuration, software installation, and migration of accessible documents, photos, and files from an older computer.
If you are replacing multiple household devices, setup can be staged in a practical order so work, school, and home routines are not disrupted.
Wi-Fi support includes troubleshooting weak coverage, reconnecting devices after equipment changes, and configuring mesh systems for stronger whole-home reliability.
Home-office support can include workstation setup, printer access, shared-device troubleshooting, and remote-work stability checks.
Service may include smart television setup, streaming-device troubleshooting, smart-doorbell pairing, thermostat app setup, and family-device connection support.
Existing compatible wiring is required. New electrical circuits, line-voltage wiring, transformer replacement and electrical repairs are not included.
Repair support covers startup errors, slow performance, malware cleanup, browser-pop-up cleanup, and practical hardware upgrade recommendations when upgrades are worth the cost.
For gaming and family devices, support can include PC setup, upgrades, account and parental-control review, and smoother device sharing across the home network.
Local businesses can request workstation troubleshooting, printer and scanner support, and practical connectivity help for daily operations.
House Call & Initial Diagnosis is $75 introductory price (regularly $99) and includes technician dispatch within the standard service area, up to 30 minutes of diagnosis and basic troubleshooting, identification of the likely issue, available options, and an estimate before added work starts.
If your issue matches one of our fixed-price services, you pay only the listed service price. The $75 diagnostic is not added on top.
For problems that do not fit a listed fixed-price service, the appointment begins with the $75 House Call & Diagnostic, and additional work is explained and approved before continuing.
Parts, replacement hardware, paid software, licenses, subscriptions and third-party charges are additional unless specifically stated.
Yes. Setup can include computers, printers, network-connected devices, and account configuration based on your current equipment.
Yes. We can test current equipment, identify likely bottlenecks, and recommend practical changes before replacement decisions are made.

Service does not include microsoldering, board-level repair, liquid-damage repair, soldered HDMI-port work, charging-port solder repair, activation-lock bypasses, or stolen-device protection bypasses.
No guaranteed data recovery is offered. Additional work and charges require customer approval before any expanded repair begins.
